Quality Management System
ISO 9001:2015 is a standard for quality management that presents guidelines intended to increase business efficiency, improving customer satisfaction by increasing an organization's productivity, reducing unnecessary costs and ensuring quality processes in delivering services.
Murphy Tower Service provides a high standard of quality service that meets or exceeds our customers expectations from start to finish. This means managing quality process controls throughout entire customer projects, from submitting bids and proposals to completing work per customers' requirements and providing comprehensive close-out packages.
Environmental Management System
ISO14001:2015 sets out criteria and a framework for an effective environmental management system, including processes for recycling and waste disposal, energy use reduction, water conservation, prevention of excess storm water runoff, and communication with suppliers to ensure environmental requirements are achieved.
In addition to water and energy conservation, Murphy Tower Service implemented an expansive recycling program to support the reduction of solid waste material in landfills.
Occupational Health & Safety Management System
ISO 45001:2018 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system to enable organizations to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injuries and illnesses.
This standard recognizes Murphy Tower's excellent safety training programs and processes for mitigating risks and workplace hazards in order to minimize on-the-job injuries throughout regimented and well-documented employee safety training and certification/recertification processes.
